"Healthy" Foods That Sicken Us

“Healthy” Foods That Sicken Us.  In this episode, Gregory discusses foods that are perceived to be “healthy” for us but in fact they are not, especially when prepared by Big Food and when little discernment is used.  Some of these “Healthy” Foods That Sicken Us, including dark chocolate, kombucha, and Greek yogurt, may be very good for you given their high amount of antioxidants, phytonutrients, probiotic bacteria, “healthy” fats and alike, but if one does not choose the proper type they can wreck your health, leading to diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.  (This is an encore episode from Spring 2017.)

Confessions of an Obese Child is a podcast which deals with singular events in Gregory’s life as vignettes, such as Summer Camp, The Locker Room, The Swimming Pool, et al.  Later he covers his post-weight loss struggles, dealing with binge eating, orthorexia, exercise addiction, plus he interviews other former obese children.

Lastly, Katie’s Essential Oil Apothecary details, what else, essential oil.  In its first season, she tackles lemon, mint, lavender and frankincense.
