Susan G. Komen Lies, Deceit, Money-Making Motive. In this episode, Gregory discusses the shady underbelly of the “veritable” Susan G. Women Breast Cancer organization. He talks about how out of their annual $200 million dollar budget (yes, $200 million)so little of it goes to research & development, the outrageous salary of its execs, its nefarious money-making tie-ins with fast food, drug companies, mammogram manufacturers, and more.
Perhaps most importantly he talks about Komen’s refusal to admit that common household endocrine disruptors (like BPA, parabens, phthalates) may contribute to breast cancer and perhaps most controversial, hormonal contraceptives and abortion. Lastly, he discusses how futile is to donate to any large non-profit organizations and offers better routes to donate your money to charities.
