Thanks Ashley! It is such a common problem in the clean eating world that no one wants to talk about. There is a fine line between wanting to eliminate undesirable foods from your diet and obsessing over it all day to the point where it controls you. We should feel comfortable eating whatever we want/whenever we want…in moderation. Take care!!
