 In this episode, Gregory discusses (or more accurately) rants about the problem of screen addiction.  He opines as to why so many Americans are glued to TV, gaming, and social media platforms all day and how this is affecting our mental and physical health.  He offers what strategies might be effective in countering screen addiction and what measures he puts in place so his very young children don’t suffer from this malady.
