#4: The “Eat Clean” Fridge: The Literal In-and-Out Guide to Transforming Your Fridge

“Eat Clean” fridge, time! It is Spring so it is time to clean out your fridge of toxic foods.  In this NPE Radio episode, an impassioned Gregory, clearly over-caffeinated by his vintage green tea, rarely takes a breath as he fulminates on the insidious ingredients put in our fridge foods by “Big Food.”  He succinctly identifies what has to be purged & how your fridge can rise from the ashes to become a paragon of clean eating. He also rants on the Unicorn Frapps, the “Squatty Potty,”  the hypocrisy of Big Food, and tops it off with singing excerpts from Willy Wonka. Let’s talk about the clean eating fridge!
